The present invention relates to a diaper structure and its method. The structure comprises a main body and a gathering container jointed to one side of the main body. A guiding part is formed on one side of the main body, and the gathering container and the guiding part are oppositely matched with each other. One side of the gathering container is provided with an injection part and an exhaustion part for allowing external fluid to flow into the gathering container and exhausting fluid out of the gathering container. The method of cleaning the diaper includes (a) opening the injection part and the exhaustion part of the gathering container (b) guiding fluid from the injection part into the gathering container for performing a cleaning operation, and exhausting fluid out of the gathering container through the exhausting part and (c) closing the injection part and the exhaustion part.
