The present invention relates to a device for controlling inner ear pressure and a control method thereof. The device for controlling inner ear pressure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a positive pressure sensor for measuring a positive pressure applied to an eardrum of a user, a negative pressure sensor for measuring a negative pressure applied to the eardrum, a controller for measuring a pressure value applied to the eardrum based on measurement results of the positive pressure sensor and the negative pressure sensor and generating a pressure control signal based on the measured pressure value, and a pressure control unit for adjusting the positive pressure or the negative pressure to be applied based on the pressure control signal. The present invention can recognize the pressure difference and the pressure balance state of the inner pressure and the outer pressure of the eardrum.본원은 귀속 압력 제어 장치 및 그의 제어 방법에 관한 것으로 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 귀속 압력 제어 장치는 사용자의 고막에 가해지는 양압을 측정하는 양압 센서, 상기 고막에 가해지는 음압을 측정하는 음압 센서, 상기 양압 센서 및 상기 음압 센서의 측정 결과에 기초하여 상기 고막에 가해지는 압력값을 측정하고, 상기 측정된 압력값에 기초하여 압력 제어 신호를 생성하는 제어부 및 상기 압력 제어 신호에 기초하여 상기 고막에 가해지는 양압 또는 음압을 조절하는 압력 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
