The present invention pertains to a combined diagnostic and therapeutic approach for leukemia/lymphoma patients comprising the analysis of the biomarker T cell immune response cDNA 7 (TIRC7) and, depending on its expression in leukemia/lymphoma cells in a patient, the use of TIRC7 as a target for therapy. In particular, the invention provides methods for stratifying leukemia/lymphoma patients into two groups one of which will benefit from a TIRC7 modulatory treatment, and one of which are non-responders to such a therapy. Furthermore, the invention provides compounds for the treatment of patients that are identified as responders according to the invention. Thus, the present disclosure offers a true theranostic approach for leukemia/lymphoma patients based on TIRC7.La présente invention concerne une approche diagnostique et thérapeutique combinée pour des patients atteint de leucémies/lymphomes comprenant l'analyse du biomarqueur de l'ADNc 7 de la réponse immunitaire des lymphocytes T (TIRC7) et, en fonction de son expression dans des cellules leucémiques/lymphomes chez un patient, l'utilisation de TIRC7 en tant que cible pour une thérapie. En particulier, l'invention concerne des procédés pour stratifier des patients leucémiques/lymphomes en deux groupes, dont l'un bénéficiera d'un traitement modulateur TIRC7, et dont l'autre ne répond pas à la thérapie. En outre, l'invention concerne des composés pour le traitement de patients qui sont identifiés comme répondeurs selon l'invention. Ainsi, la présente invention offre une approche théranostique réelle pour les patients leucémiques/lymphomes sur la base de TIRC7.
