The optical coherence tomography apparatus is configured to detect a tissue structure of the surgical field to generate a detection signal related to an image of the tissue structure. The processing unit outputs a signal relating to the amount of energy of the laser beam to the laser device for generating the laser beam based on the signal such that the surgical field forms a first aperture.
