PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality evaluation support system of corneal endothelial cells, the system that is more practical.SOLUTION: A quality evaluation support system of corneal endothelial cells includes: a processing target sorting unit 2 for sorting corneal endothelial cell images into a focusing corneal endothelial cell image and a non-focusing corneal endothelial cell image by the FFT； and a cell boundary image generation unit 3 for subjecting the focusing corneal endothelial cell image to binary coding filtering, and generating the cell boundary image obtained by extracting a cellular boundary from the focusing corneal endothelial cell image. The system further includes: a feature value extraction unit 4 for extracting a feature value of an associated focusing corneal endothelial cell image from the cell boundary image； an image quality evaluation unit 5 for sorting the associated focusing corneal endothelial cell image into a high quality image and a low quality image by a SVM (Support Vector Machine), based on the feature value and for determining whether the focusing corneal endothelial cell image sorted into the low quality image should further be reprocessed in the cell boundary image generation unit； and a quality evaluation result display unit 6 for displaying the quality evaluation results of the focusing corneal endothelial cell image sorted into the high quality image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】より実用性の高い角膜内皮細胞品質評価支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】角膜内皮細胞画像を、ＦＦＴによって、合焦角膜内皮細胞画像と非合焦角膜内皮細胞画像に分別する処理対象分別部２と、合焦角膜内皮細胞画像を二値化フィルタ処理して、合焦角膜内皮細胞画像から細胞境界を抽出した細胞境界画像を生成する細胞境界画像生成部３を備える。細胞境界画像から対応する合焦角膜内皮細胞画像の特徴量を抽出する特徴量抽出部４と、ＳＶＭ（Support Vector Machine）によって、特徴量に基づき、対応する合焦角膜内皮細胞画像を高画質画像と低画質画像に分別し、さらに、低画質画質に分別した合焦角膜内皮細胞画像を、細胞境界画像生成部で再処理すべきか否かを判定する画像品質評価部５と、高画質画像に分別された合焦角膜内皮細胞画像の品質評価の結果をディスプレイ表示する品質評価結果表示部６を備える。【選択図】図１
