Interface device (1) between a hemodialysis machine (2) and venous (X1) and arterial (X2) tubes, this interface device (1) comprising: - a first port (Pm1) adapted to be connected to an output port (M1) of the hemodialysis machine (2)； - a venous port (Px1) to inject blood to the venous tube (X1)； The interface device (1) comprises: - a second port (Pm2) adapted to be connected to an input port (M2) of the hemodialysis machine； - an arterial port (Px2) for receiving blood from the patient coming from the arterial tube (X2), the interface device being further adapted to selectively allow or prohibit the passage of blood between the first and second ports (Pm1, Pm2 ) and respectively the venous and arterial ports (Px1, Px2).
