Disclosed are a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and an imaging method for magnetic resonance image thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes: a data pickup unit which acquires K-t space data undersampled by undersampling a received magnetic resonance signal on time series in each of a plurality of channel coils included in a high frequency multi coil and an image processing unit which acquires a space-time correlation coefficient based on noise information of the a channel coil, restores unpicked line data in the under-sampled K-t space data using the space-time correlation coefficient, and acquires restored K-t space data.
