The microneedle device according to the present invention comprises: a substrate, a microneedle disposed on the substrate, and a coating formed on the microneedle, the coating containing dexmedetomidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and isoproterenol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Using said microneedle device results in a rapid increase in plasma dexmedetomidine concentration following application of the microneedle device.Le dispositif à micro-aiguille selon la présente invention comprend : un substrat, une micro-aiguille disposée sur le substrat, et un revêtement formé sur la micro-aiguille, le revêtement contenant de la dexmédétomidine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, et de l'isoprotérénol ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
