The present invention discloses a method for producing a bacterial cellulase using a volcanic rock meal extract and a bacterial cellulase obtained by the method. The production of the bacterial cellulose according to the present invention is increased and the bacterial cellulose obtained according to the present invention has excellent moisturizing activity and wrinkle improving activity, so that it can be usefully used as cosmetics for the purpose.본 발명은 화산석 송이 추출물을 이용한 박테리아 셀룰로오스의 제조 방법 및 그 방법에 의하여 얻어진 박테리아 셀룰로오스를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따라 제조할 경우 박테리아 셀룰로오스의 생산량이 증가하였으며 본 발명에 따라 얻어진 박테리아 셀룰로오스는 우수한 보습 활성 및 주름개선 활성을 보유하고 있기 때문에 해당 목적의 화장품 등으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
