PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a fungus that grows hyphally on an interior/exterior top plate, wall surface, etc. in an architectural structure, especially a soil due to a coloring matter which are produced in a mold spore, completely by a simple method, such as usual wiping out with cloths and the like and high-pressure water washing, thereby achieving restoration.SOLUTION: A method for removing colored mold on an interior/exterior surface of an architectural structure includes: spraying a hypochlorous acid aqueous solution with pH buffer properties, which has pH of 5-6 and effective chlorine level of 100-1,000 mg/L, to an internal/exterior portion of an architectural structure or a surface of furniture and furnishings, where the molds occurs conducting air-drying spraying a monochloramine aqueous solution again, which has pH of 7-8 and effective chlorine level of 100-1,000 and conducting air-drying again, wherein the treatments with the two solution are repeated in accordance with a situation of anti-mold treatment to the interior/exterior surface of the architectural structure. Finally colored molds that are made to appear by cloths or paper towels impregnated with the hypochlorous acid aqueous solution are wipe out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】建築物における内外装の天板や壁面等に菌糸成長した真菌、特にカビ(黴)胞子内で産生された色素による汚れを、布等による通例の清拭や高圧水洗浄等の簡易な方法によって完全除去し、原状復帰させることを可能にする。【解決手段】pH緩衝性を持たせたpH=5~6及び有効塩素濃度100~1000mg/Lの次亜塩素酸水溶液をカビが発生した建築物の内外装及び調度品・備品の表面に噴霧して風乾した後、pH=7~8及び有効塩素濃度100~1000mg/Lのモノクロラミン水溶液を再度噴霧して風乾する、建築物内外装面の有色カビ汚れの剥離方法。又、建築物内外装面の抗カビ処理状況に応じて該2液処理を繰り返し、最終的に該次亜塩素酸水溶液を浸み込ませた布又はペーパータオルで浮き出た有色のカビ残渣を清拭する。【選択図】図1
