(2) Containing 3 mass% or more, relative to the total mass of the medicinal composition, of at least one kind of polyhydric alcohol selected from propylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol. (3) The content of benzyl alcohol being less than 5 mass% relative to the total mass of the medicinal composition. (4) The content of the aqueous solvent being 15-50 mass% relative to the total mass of the medicinal composition. (A) The content of benzyl benzoate being less than 1 mass% relative to the total mass of the medicinal composition.
