PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomographic imaging device capable of acquiring a high-quality DOPU image using three-dimensional imaging data.SOLUTION: A tomographic imaging device includes: a measurement optical system for acquiring an interference signal of an eye to be examined from lights having mutually different polarization properties obtained by splitting a multiplexed light formed by multiplexing a return light from the eye to be examined onto which a measurement light is irradiated and a reference light corresponding to the measurement light； and an image forming device for forming a tomographic signal from the interference signal. The measurement optical system scans the measurement light in a first direction repeatedly for the eye to be examined, and acquires a plurality of two-dimensional interference signals. The image forming device generates a plurality of two-dimensional tomographic signals corresponding to the plurality of two-dimensional interference signals respectively, sets the size of an evaluation window based on a scan position in a second direction crossing the first direction on the eye to be examined when each of the two-dimensional interference signals is acquired, and generates a DOPU image of the eye to be examined from the plurality of two-dimensional tomographic signals using the evaluation window of the set size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7【課題】 ３次元の撮像データを用いて高画質なＤＯＰＵ画像を取得することができる、断層撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】 測定光を照射した被検眼からの戻り光と測定光に対応する参照光とを合波した合波光を分割して得た互いに異なる偏光特性を有する光から、被検眼の干渉信号を取得する測定光学系と、干渉信号から断層信号を生成する画像生成装置とを備え、測定光学系は、測定光を被検眼に対して第１の方向に繰り返し走査して、複数の２次元の干渉信号を取得し、画像生成装置は、複数の２次元の干渉信号にそれぞれ対応する複数の２次元の断層信号を生成し、各２次元の干渉信号を取得した際の被検眼上における第１の方向に交差する第２の方向の走査位置に基づいて、評価窓のサイズを設定し、設定されたサイズの評価窓を用いて複数の２次元の断層信号から、被検眼のＤＯＰＵ画像を生成する、断層撮像装置。【選択図】 図７
