PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells with the easy and inexpensive extraction of valuable resources from Allium known as being effective as a drug as assumption.SOLUTION: A composition is obtained extracted from Allium with an organic liquid prepared in such a manner that its relative permittivity at 20°C is from 2 to 60, and giving out the inhibition of the proliferation of cancer cells and the elongating effect of normal cells.
