The present invention relates to a sun visor which combines an UV protection function and an air purification function. The present invention can purify breathing air near the face of a user by emitting anions while protecting against wind and preventing harmful materials included in atmosphere from being in direct contact with the face side when used by being worn to hide face, by rotating the visor by applying an anion generation unit including an anion restriction line and an ionizer having an ion pin provided for one side as a plurality of carbon fibers.
