The present invention relates to a plasma electrode structure for skin treatment and a plasma generator for skin treatment using the same, and comprises: a base metal pattern unit to which an electric power source is connected to the upper surface and the lower surface of an insulating substrate body, respectively, to which a high-voltage alternating-current shaping wave is applied； and a metal pattern unit for plasma conversion spaced apart from the base metal pattern unit. A dielectric layer covering the metal pattern unit for the plasma conversion and having the dielectric layer on the surface of which is in contact with skin, the dielectric layer being laminated on the lower surface of the insulating substrate body, covering the metal pattern unit for the plasma and having surface thereof contacting with the skin.
