PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus with which taking a photography using an optical adapter can be performed easily.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic photographing apparatus comprises a photographing part 10 which includes a photographing optical system 20 for photographing the fundus of a subject's eye, and which can attach and detach an optical adapter to and from a case side of the photographing part 10 facing the subject. The ophthalmologic photographing apparatus also comprises: a movable carriage for horizontally moving the photographing part 10 relative to the subject's eye； a drive mechanism 33a for driving a lens 33 in the photographing optical system 20 to adjust the focusing of the photographing optical system 20 to the fundus of the subject's eye； and a photographing part moving unit arranged separately from the movable carriage and the drive mechanism 33a for moving the photographing part 10 away from the subject's eye when the fundus is photographed with the optical adapter attached to the photographing part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
