A process of producing banana-based broiler diet comprising the steps: washing the banana peelings slicing/chopping the cleaned banana peelings into tiny pieces, approximately ¼ square inch placing and arranging the chopped peeling of banana on top of a wire mesh sun-drying the chopped banana peelings until bone dried milling the dried banana peelings packing the milled banana peelings in a sack and storing the packed milled banana peelings in a cool dry place. The produced banana-based broiler diet can be fed to broilers from day old to market.
