The invention relates to compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments comprising such compounds, and the use of these compounds, compositions, and medicaments in methods of treating a variety of diseases and disorders. The present invention provides compounds that inhibit IKK-related kinase epsilon, TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBKI), or both. These compounds may be used in the treatment of inflammation, RA, SLE, diseases associated with aberrant accumulation of cytosolic nucleic acids (including Sjogrens syndrome, Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome, subtypes of SLE, chilblain lupus, and RVCL), systemic sclerosis, myositis (including dermatomyositis and polymyositis), psoriasis, COPD, IBD, obesity, insulin resistance, NIDDM, metabolic syndrome and cancer, and complications associated with these diseases and disorders.La présente invention concerne des composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques et des médicaments comprenant ces composés.
