The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing Aster scaber seedlings using callus derived from Aster scaber plant tissues which includes: (1) inoculating tissue fractions of Aster scaber in a MS solid medium supplemented with naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and benzyladenine (BA) and culturing the same to induce and propagate callus； (2) redifferentiating shoot from the propagated callus in a redifferentiation medium； and (3) inducing growth of the root of the redifferentiated shoot in a medium for rooting to differentiate the same to a plant, and Aster scaber seedlings produced by the method.본 발명은 (1) 참취(Aster scaber)의 조직 절편체를 NAA(naphthaleneacetic acid) 및 BA(benzyladenine)가 첨가된 MS 고체배지에 치상하고 배양하여 캘러스를 유도 및 증식하는 단계； (2) 재분화 배지에서 상기 증식된 캘러스로부터 신초(shoot)를 재분화하는 단계； (3) 발근을 위한 배지에서 상기 재분화된 신초의 뿌리를 유도하여 식물체로 분화시키는 단계를 포함하는 참취 식물체 조직 유래의 캘러스를 이용하여 참취 유식물체를 대량으로 생산하는 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 참취 유식물체에 관한 것이다.
