PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmer that is fit to all regions of a human body by adopting a simple configuration and structure and can effectively transmit warmth, and also is used as a moxa unit being convenient and combining portability.SOLUTION: A warmer of the present invention is characterized by comprising: an outer tubular body using a moxa material such as the moxa burnt as a heat source an inner support stored inside of the outer tubular body and for supporting the moxa material, or an inner tubular body with the moxa material inserted and fitted therein a cylindrical support member inserted and fitted to the tip part of the outer tubular body or a step portion of the outer wall near to the tip part of the outer tubular body through a first coil spring and a pressing part projectingly provided with a perforated heat radiator having multiple heat radiation small holes in the tip part of the cylindrical support member.
