PURPOSE: A bone marrow cell with enhanced mobility and engraftment and a method for producing the same are provided to treat liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bone marrow cells with enhanced mobility and engraftment comprises: a step of isolating bone marrow cells from a donor； and a step of culturing bone marrow cells under hypoxic condition. The donor is mammal. The bone marrow cell is unimmortalized cells. A cell therapeutic composition for treating liver diseases contains pharmaceutically effective amount of bone marrow cells and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.본 발명은 (a) 공여자로부터 골수 세포를 분리하는 단계； 및 (b) 상기 골수 세포를 저산소 상태에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 증가된 이동성 및 착생(engraftment)를 나타내는 골수 세포의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 골수 세포는 정상산소 하에서 배양된 골수 세포와 비교하여, 초기 세포 사멸의 감소, CXCR4 발현의 향상, 세포의 이동 및 착생의 증가 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 골수 세포는 간질환(liver disease) 치료용 세포치료 조성물로 제조될 수 있다.
