An injection needle assembly includes a needle tube, a needle hub, a main body portion, a connecting portion, and an energizing portion. The main body portion can move to a first position which is away from the needle tip of the needle tube and where the needle tip of the needle tube is exposed and a second position where the main body portion covers the needle tip of the needle tube. In the first position, at least a part of the main body portion protrudes to the needle tip side of the needle tube relative to a contact surface.
