The present invention relates to a syringe. In particular, the present invention relates to a device for further activating the suction of a medicinal liquid by sharing a part of an injection pathway excluding a syringe needle or by forming a suctioning pathway which is completely independent from the injection pathway with respect to a conventional syringe having the injection pathway formed therein to include the syringe needle. The syringe of the present invention comprises a syringe needle (10) and a cylinder (20), and an injection pathway is formed to extend from the cylinder (20) to the syringe needle (10). The syringe of the present invention further comprises: an opening and closing means (400) for selectively sealing the syringe pathway； a suctioning pathway formed to extended to the cylinder (20) from a hollow cap (100) having a cutting edge, and including a penetration hole (200) for connecting the inside and the outside of any one of the syringe needle (10), a connector for connecting the syringe needle (10) with the cylinder (20), and the cylinder (20)； and a valve means (300) for controlling the opening and closing of the suctioning pathway by means of an operation of a user. A separate suctioning pathway in which a syringe needle does not pass is formed in a conventional syringe, so a medicinal liquid is more actively suctioned.
