PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microparticle dry coating preparation wherein nuclear particles are coated with a medicament substantially with a crystal structure, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The microparticle dry coating preparation, which has an average paticle size of 100 &mum or smaller, is provided, where nuclear particles smaller than 100 &mum in average size are coated with a coating agent and a medicament. This preparation is characterized in that the medicament has a crystal structure. The method for producing the microparticle dry coating preparation is also provided.
