The present invention provides a culture medium agitator which easily separates a culture medium from an agitation drum and is scattered for proper agitation. The culture medium agitator comprises a housing, an agitation drum, a spinner, an agitation drum driving motor, and a spinner driving motor. The housing has an opened front portion and an opened rear portion, and includes a left and a right side and an upper surface. The agitation drum has a cylindrical shape with a rotary shaft coupled thereto to pass through the left and the right side, and an agitation drum log for scooping up a culture medium is attached to the surface of the cylindrical shape. The spinner has a cylindrical shape with a rotary shaft coupled thereto to pass through the left and the right side and is separated from the agitation drum to be arranged. A spinner lug is attached to the surface of the cylindrical shape to remove the culture medium attached to the surface of the agitation drum. The drum driving motor is attached to the housing to rotate the agitation drum.
