PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations in the moving velocity of a cutter even when the track of the cutter is curved.SOLUTION: There is provided a tissue excision device, comprising: a jaw 11 for clamping the tissue disposed at the front end of an insertion section a cutter 14 provided movable along a track formed following the shape of the jaw 11 driving means 8, 18 for generating a force to drive the cutter 14 and a force delivery member 15, received inside a receiving section 13 provided along the track, connecting the driving means 8, 18 with the cutter 14 and delivering the force generated by the driving means 8, 18 to the cutter 14.
