The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing an extract of a Tremella fuciformis fruiting body, which suppresses the production of nitric oxide (NO), which is an inflammation inducing factor, in HaCaT cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS)； reduces the expression of NF-kB to exhibit an anti-inflammatory effect； and promotes the expression of hyaluronic acid synthase 2 (HAS2), which is an enzyme for synthesizing hyaluronic acid to exhibit a moisturizing effect, thereby restoring the skin barrier enhancement. The extract of a Tremella fuciformis fruiting body according to the present invention has excellent anti-inflammatory effect and skin barrier strengthening effect and can be usefully used in cosmetic compositions.본 발명은 흰목이버섯(Tremella fuciformis (mushroom)) 자실체 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서 리포폴리사카라이드(LPS)로 유도된 HaCaT 세포에서 염증유도 인자인 일산화질소 (Nitric oxide)(NO)의 생성을 억제하고 NF-kB 의 발현을 감소시켜 항염증효과를 나타내며, 히아루론산 합성 효소인 히아루론산 신타제 2 (hyaluronic acid synthase 2)(HAS2)의 발현을 촉진하여 보습효과를 나타냄으로서 피부장벽강화기능을 회복시켜주는 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 흰목이버섯 자실체 추출물은 항염증효과 및 피부장벽강화효과가 우수하여 화장료 조성물에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
