Provided are: high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis mutant (accession number: KCTC12719BP) obtained by gamma-ray irradiation; a method for preparing the high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis mutant including a step of inducing a mutant by irradiating Pyropia yezoensis with radiation; a method for producing high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis including a step of culturing the high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis mutant; high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis produced by the production method; and Pyropia yezoensis processed foods produced by using the Pyropia yezoensis. The Pyropia yezoensis mutant of the present invention can grow under various temperature conditions, thereby being able to be efficiently used as the Pyropia yezoensis suitable for increasing productivity of the Pyropia yezoensis.본 발명은 김(Pyropiayezoensis)에 감마선을 조사하여 수득된 고온 내성의 김 변이체(기탁번호: KCTC12719BP), 김에 방사선을 조사하여 돌연변이체를 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 고온 내성의 김 변이체의 제조방법, 상기 고온 내성의 김 변이체를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 고온 내성의 김 생산 방법, 상기 생산 방법에 의해 생산된 고온 내성의 김 및 상기 김을 이용하여 제조된 김 가공식품을 제공한다.
