When the person is not detected in the bathroom 101, the operation mode of a hot water spray conditioning device 1 is automatically changed from the bathing mist mode to a bathroom washing mode (step S40). During the bathroom washing mode, the human detecting sensor 49 detects whether the person is present in the bathroom 101 or not (step S50). When it detects the person in the bathroom 101, it moves to the consumption preventing mode A or B (step S60).
