The present invention relates to an oil based floor cleaning and disinfecting composition. More particularly, the present invention relates to the oil based floor cleaning and disinfecting composition which is prepared by using cationic surfactant, and herbal oils. Moreover this invention relates to the oil based floor cleaning and disinfecting composition which is additionally contain fragrance, preservative/stabilizer, dye, foaming booster etc. Moreover this invention relates to the process for the preparation of the above composition.
