The cutter bar (1) comprises two cutting blades (2), where the former cutting blade is movable by an upstroke (h) between two reversal points opposite to the latter cutting blade in an oscillating manner. Both cutting blades comprise cutting teeth (5,6,7) acting against one another, which are arranged at certain distance (a) to one another. A portion of the cutting teeth is provided with shear cutting units for shear cut-through of the cutting goods. The trim section area is formed, in which the distances between the cutting teeth and the upstroke are coordinated with each other, such that the former cutting tooth of the former cutting blade completely passes over between the two reversal points of the third cutting tooth of the latter cutting blade lying between the former cutting tooth and the latter cutting tooth.
