Said method comprises: a user terminal determines, by means of physiological parameters of user sent by a smart wearable device, whether a target user is in a sleep state if the target user is in a sleep state, the anti-disturbance mode of the user terminal is launched. In this way, the anti-disturbance mode can be automatically launched when the user is in a sleep state, reducing the operations of the user to manually set an anti-disturbance period, thereby more flexibly managing the anti-disturbance mode of the user terminal, improving the user experience.Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention se rapportent au domaine technique des communications. Linvention concerne un procédé pour la gestion dun mode anti-dérangement et un terminal dutilisateur. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal dutilisateur détermine, au moyen de paramètres physiologiques dutilisateur envoyés par un dispositif vestimentaire intelligent, si un utilisateur cible est dans un état de sommeil si lutilisateur cible est dans un état de sommeil, le mode anti-dérangement du terminal dutilisateur est lancé. De cette manière, le mode anti-dérangement peut être lancé automatiquement lorsque lutilisateur est dans un état de sommeil, réduisant ainsi les opérations de lutilisateur consistant à établir manuellement une période anti-dérangement, ce qui permet de gérer de manière plus flexible le mode anti-dérangement du terminal dutilisateur, améliorant ainsi lexpérience de lutilisateur.
