[Problem] To provide an antibacterial agent, particularly a novel polypeptide compound having an antifungal activity or a salt thereof.[Solution] The present inventors considered a novel antibacterial agent and found that excellent antifungal activity can be achieved by introducing a benzoyl group having a cyclic substituent at the carbonyl ortho position, as a partial structure for a natural polypeptide compound, thereby completing the present invention. This polypeptide compound has excellent antifungal activity and can be used as a prophylactic and/or a therapeutic agent for various fungal infections.La présente invention concerne un agent antibactérien, particulièrement un nouveau composé polypeptidique ayant une activité antifongique ou un sel de celui-ci.Les présents inventeurs ont fait des recherches sur un nouvel agent antibactérien et ont découvert qu'une excellente activité antifongique peut être obtenue par l'introduction d'un groupe benzoyle ayant un substituant cyclique en position ortho du groupe carbonyle, comme structure partielle d'un composé polypeptidique naturel, de ce fait achevant la présente invention. Ce composé polypeptidique présente une excellente activité antifongique et peut être utilisé comme agent prophylactique et/ou thérapeutique pour diverses infections fongiques.【課題】抗菌剤、殊に抗真菌作用を有する新規なポリペプチド化合物又はその塩を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明者らは、新規な抗菌剤について検討し、天然ポリペプチド化合物の部分構造として、カルボニルのオルト位に環状の置換基を有するベンゾイル基を導入することに、優れた抗真菌活性を有することを知見し、本発明を完成した。本発明のポリペプチド化合物は優れた抗真菌作用を有し、種々の真菌感染症の予防剤及び／又は治療剤として使用しうる。
