PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism to prevent the same medical image data from being redundantly registered on a server.SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not a plurality of medical image data used when three-dimensional medical image data are created from a plurality of medical image data, or three-dimensional medical image data are created from the plurality of medical image data and data of a predetermined format are created from the three dimensional medical image data are stored in storage means by whether or not a plurality of medical image data with the same incidental information as the incidental information of the above plurality of medical image data are stored in the storage means. When it is determined that they are not stored in the storage means, the created data of the predetermined format, and the plurality of medical image data used when creating the data of the predetermined format are transmitted to the storage means.
