PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper in which adhesion between an absorbent body and a wearers body is improved.SOLUTION: At least either a front body section 1 or a back body section 2 is provided with a plurality of first elastic members 71 and a plurality of second elastic members 72 extending in a width direction. The first elastic members and the second elastic members have left and right inclined parts which are extended inclined in the width direction in, for example, areas 70a, 70b that overlap width direction outer edges of an absorbent body 30. By the first elastic members, the second elastic members, and the inclined parts crossing, network regions 73 are formed on the left and right in the width direction.
