The present invention relates to an apparatus for a medical image diagnosis which is for improving the accuracy of diagnosis, and a method. The apparatus for a medical image diagnosis according to one embodiment comprises: a storage unit for sampling frames input from a medical imaging device and storing one or more frames within a space having a predetermined size； a frame collecting unit for, when a reference frame is determined, collecting one or more frames to be used in a diagnosis of the reference frame among the stored frames； and a diagnosis unit for diagnosing the reference frame by using diagnosis results of each of the collected frames.진단 정확도 향상을 위한 의료 영상 진단 장치 및 방법에 관한 기술로, 일 실시 예에 따른 의료 영상 진단 장치는 의료 영상 기기로부터 입력되는 프레임을 샘플링하여 일정 크기의 공간 내 하나 이상의 프레임을 저장하는 저장부, 기준 프레임이 결정되면, 저장된 프레임들 중 기준 프레임의 진단에 이용할 하나 이상의 프레임을 수집하는 프레임 수집부 및 수집한 각 프레임의 진단 결과를 활용하여 기준 프레임을 진단하는 진단부를 포함할 수 있다.
