An apparatus for calculating a dynamic variation of a target object comprises: an enhancement processing unit for adjusting the brightness of a pixel determined as displaying a particle dispersed to a target object in at least two images generated for the target object at different times and a calculation unit for calculating the dynamic variation of the target object based on the correlation between the different images processed by the enhancement processing unit.
