The present invention relates to a mucoadhesive carrier system, for particles,which comprises nanoscaffold having a nanofibrous layer with a thickness of from 0.1 to 1000 µm, carrying a substance in the form of particles. The mucoadhesive layer,in at least a part of its surface, overlaps the nanoscaffold. A process for its preparation and its use for delivery of the vaccines and therapeutics to mucosal surfaces is also disclosed.La présente invention concerne un système d'excipients muco-adhésifs, pour particules, qui comprend un nano-échafaudage pourvu d'une couche nanofibreuse ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 et 1000 µm, transportant une substance sous la forme de particules. La couche mucoadhésive, dans au moins une partie de sa surface, chevauche le nano-échafaudage. L'invention concerne également son procédé de préparation et son utilisation dans l'administration de vaccins et d'agents thérapeutiques aux surfaces des muqueuses.
