The branched-chain amino acid-containing comprehensive nutritive food contains: a branched-chain amino acid with a content of 3.0 to 5.0 g per 100 kcal of the food soy bean material made from full fat soybean or defatted soybean in a ratio of 9 to 16 mass% and disaccharides and sugar alcohol having a baked confectionery form.
