PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel stevia sweetener component.SOLUTION: The component analysis of a novel steviol glycoside component and stevia extract and crystalline products containing them can identify the raw material of a sweetener containing RA as a main component, while making the quality control of sweeteners easy, thereby making the judgment of the appropriateness of the origin labelling of stevia variety and infringement easy.
