This invention discloses a domesticating and growing method for Cordyceps sinensis. The domesticating and growing method comprises the steps: hatching an ovum laid by a protogenetic hepialus armoricanus to form a protozoan of a larva, and transferring the protozoan to a generally flat ground greenhouse field to make the protozoan gradually adapt to an artificially-regulated controllable environmental condition so as to be cultured in a regulated way matching with soil paved in the greenhouse field used for the protozoan to do activities and gnaw and feeding live mycelium powder for parasitizing the Cordyceps sinensis body to grow, and making the surface of the soil ventilative and the downside of the soil breathable to form an air flow exchange circulation effect and domesticating and continuously growing the protozoan into an adult after finely regulating and raising the room temperature in a multistage way, so as to achieve the aim of growing the living Cordyceps sinensis domestically.一種蟲草之馴化長成方法,係將原生的蝙蝠蛾所產的卵經孵化成幼蟲之原生蟲乃移至一般平地的溫室場地內,使其逐漸地適應由人工調控的可控制環境條件來調控培育,並配合溫室場地中所鋪設供原生蟲活動、啃食的土壤,並餵食活菌絲體粉末、以為寄生於蟲草體內生長,並在土壤表面的通風及土壤底下的透氣得以形成氣流互通的流通效果,是經由以多段式的室溫微調提昇後,遂使原生蟲得以馴化並持續生長至成蟲,俾達到蟲草活體為在地長成。
