PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the confirmation of an operators position even operations in dark places by increasing visibility.SOLUTION: This harness 1 has a pair of shoulder straps 3 and 3 connected to the upper end of a back plate 2, and has a waist strap 4 connected to the lower end of the back plate 2. The shoulder strap 3 is connected to the waist strap 4 on the front side of the operator. The waist strap 4 can be secured with a buckle 5 on the front side of the operator. A fabric 7 on which characters 8 for a company logo or the like are embroidered, is stuck to the surface of the back plate 2. The fabric 7 is sewn with a luminous thread and thus has a luminous property.
