Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen anti-idiotypischen Antikörper,der das Disialogangliosid GD2 nachahmt. GD2 wird auf neuroektodermalen Tumoren exprimiert. Weiterhin umfasst ist eine entsprechende Hybridomzelllinie und ein korrespondierendes Polynucleotid, sowie eine entsprechende pharmazeutische Zubereitung bzw. einen Impfstoff. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung des Antikörpers oder Polynucleotids zur Auslösung einer Immunantwort in einem Individuum, ein Verfahren zur Detektion einer gegen GD2 gerichteten Immunantwort und ein Verfahren zur Detektion bzw. quantitativen Bestimmung der Konzentration eines Anti-GD2-Antikörpers sowie zur Detektion von Zellen, die einen anti-GD2 Antikörper oder ein Derivat eines anti-GD2 Antikörpers exprimieren.The present invention relates to an anti-idiotype antibody that mimics the disialoganglioside GD2.
