PURPOSE: A seaweed adhesion board capable of preventing the breakaway of a connected rope and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a concrete body when a seaweed adhesion board is installed or is transported. CONSTITUTION: One or more bottom surface steel sheet units are installed in a bottom surface. Both end units of the bottom surface steel sheet unit are separately combined with the bottom side of an outer steel sheet(110). The bottom steel sheet unit is combined. Both end units of wire mesh combines with an inner surface which is separated from the line of the outer steel sheet. A body unit(120) is formed using produced concrete. Seedling leading grooves for one or more lines(130a~130d) connects to a line which corresponds to the surface of the body unit.본 발명은 해조부착판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에서는, 외주면을 형성하는 외주면 강판부와, 중앙부위에 상부에서 하부로 관통되는 체결공을 형성하기 위한 체결공 강관부와, 저면에 설치되고 양단부가 상기 외주면 강판부의 내측 하단부에 접합되고 상기 체결공 강관부의 하단부에 접합되어 고정되는 적어도 하나의 저면 강판부와, 상기 외주면 강판부의 내측이고 상기 체결공 강관부의 외측에 채워져 양생된 콘크리트로 구성된 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부의 상면에 적어도 1줄의 종사연입용홈을 포함하는 해조부착판 및 그 제조방법이 제시된다.
