The present invention provides a pair of shoulders on the user's shoulder by providing a pair of tightening-bands that serve as both an upper and a lower back, and a shoulder band and an upper-abdominal band extending through the hooks under the back of the upper back of both sides of the back. As the upper and lower abdomen bands are pulled or loosened while the hanger band is worn, the shoulder bands are interlocked and pulled or loosened. This makes it easy to wear and comfort, as well as the shoulders to be stretched and the spine is pushed forward.
