Disclosed is an adjuvant composition comprising, (a) one or more (C12-C14)alkyl dimethyl betaine surfactant compounds, and (b) one or more surfactant compounds selected from: alkoxylated fatty acids, which are selected from:(i) saturated or unsaturated mono- or di- fatty acids, alkoxylated with from 2 to 20 moles of a (C2-C4)alkylene oxide； and (ii) ethoxylated tall oil fatty acids. Also disclosed is a pesticide composition comprising the adjuvant composition and an effective amount of a pesticide, which is selected from the group consisting of: (i) glufosinate, glyphosate, water soluble glufosinate salts, water soluble glyphosate salts, and any mixture thereof； (ii) potassium, sodium, isopropyl amine, and ammonium salts of glyphosate； and (iii) glyphosate isopropyl amine salt.
