PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an osteosynthesis material with properties in a degree equal to a biodegradable-absorbable polymer element by making a complex of a biodegradable-absorbable polymer and bioceramics microparticles by melting-kneading.
SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an osteosynthesis material includes: a step 1 to obtain a kneaded substance by melting a biodegradable-absorbable polymer and kneading it with bioceramics with moisture content not higher than 1 wt.% a step 2 to obtain a molding by molding the kneaded substance a step 3 to obtain a drawn substance by drawing the molding and a step 4 to anneal the drawn substance while regulating the length of the drawn substance.
