The base system includes one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of dairy ingredients, water, juices, oils, sweeteners, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, flavors, colorants, and preservatives. The fat-mimicking system includes microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and one or more buffering agents.
