PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which has high emulsion stability, no stickiness and excellent cosmetic durability, generates no odor with time and imparts a moist feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic which contains an aminoalcohol-modified organopolysiloxane obtained by bonding a substituent represented by the general formula (1) to at least one silicon atom of the organopolysiloxane segment constituting the main chain as a surfactant.
