A vestibular system inspection device is applied to inspect the vestibular system of a user, and comprises a platform unit and a monitoring unit. The platform unit includes a bottom base, a driving mechanism arranged on the base, and a top base arranged on the driving mechanism for allowing the user to sit thereon. The top base is driven by the driving mechanism to move and rotate in six degrees of freedom. The monitoring unit includes an inspection device for inspecting an electro-oculograph (EOG) signal representing a movement of an eyeball of the user, a measurement module electrically connected to the platform to detect the platform unit, and an electrical processing module.
